Desde hace m\u00e1s de diez a\u00f1os este Sal\u00f3n Inmobiliario ha ayudado tanto a familias a encontrar la casa de sus sue\u00f1os como a las empresas a encontrar los mejores clientes.<br \/>\nEste a\u00f1o <strong>SIMA <\/strong>ha tenido menos visitas y menos ventas que el a\u00f1o pasado debido a la situaci\u00f3n de crisis, sin embargo \u201cel p\u00fablico ha seguido respondiendo\u201d dice <strong>Eloy Boh\u00faa<\/strong>, director de la empresa organizadora. Adem\u00e1s a\u00f1ade que \u201clas dudas que pod\u00eda haber respecto al impacto que, el fin de las ayudas fiscales o el repunte del Euribor, pod\u00edan tener sobre la demanda residencial se han aclarado.
